Beef fry with crushed Chillies (better known as kallushaap beef fry) Recipe
1.Beef-1/2 kg
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Corriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar-2 tsp
Coconut slices-1/4 cup
Marinate the beef with the above ingredients for 15 minutes & pressure cook till done.No need to add any water as beef will leave water once it's cooked .
2.Shallots -1/2 cup
Ginger -1 small piece
Garlic-5
Crush the above together.
3.oil as required
Curry leaves- a sprig
Heat 3 tbsps of oil in a nonstick pan.Add the curry leaves. Then the crushed items & saute.
4.Crushed Chillies-1 tbsp
Pepper powder-3/4 tsp
Garamasala-1/2 tsp
Add the crushed Chillies and saute for a minute or two.Now add the stock from the cooked beef and cook until all the water dries.
Now add the cooked beef to this. Add the pepper powder and garamasala and fry the beef in medium heat till it's almost black in color,often adding oil if reqd by tbsps .Ur kallushaap beef fry is ready to serve.
Note:
It's a bit spicy u can omit the Chilli powder if you don't want it that spicy.
