Green Masala Salmon 🍣 Bake
For the Marination
1.Salmon slices-3 pieces
Freshly ground Pepper -1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Yoghurt-1 tbsp
Green Masala paste-1 tbsp
Chilly flakes-3/4-1 tsp(adjust according to your spice levels)
Salt to taste
Lime juice-1 tsp
Pat dry the cleaned fish with tissues.Marinate the fish with all the above ingredients for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Note:U can use any fish u like.
For Green Masala Paste
2.Shallots-3
Green Chillies-10
Coriander & Mint Leaves-1/2 cup (together)
Grind this together to make the green masala paste.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp olive oil/coconut oil on the fish just before baking.
Today I used my Tefal Actifry to bake this for 10 minutes turning it once halfway through.
For ovens
Transfer the fish to a baking tray and sprinkle the olive oil on both sides of the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 20-25 minutes turning it once after 10 minutes.Last 5 minutes u can use the grill options or the broiling options of your oven to brown it.
