Green Masala Fish Bake

For first Marination

1.Tilapia Fish-500 gm

Freshly ground Pepper -3/4 tsp

Salt to taste

Lime juice-1 tsp

Pat dry the cleaned fish with tissues and make slits on it.Marinate the fish with all the above ingredients for 15 minutes.

Note:U can use any fish u like.

For Second Marination

2.Shallots-3

Ginger -1” piece

Garlic-3

Green Chillies-10

Coriander & Mint Leaves-1/2 cup (together)

Olive oil-1 tbsp

Grind this together and apply half of the marinade on to the fish.Refrigerate this for 2-4 hours or overnight.

3.Chilli flakes-1 tsp

Olive oil-1/2 tbsp

Transfer the fish to a baking tray and sprinkle the chilli flakes & olive oil on both sides of the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 200 C for 40-45 minutes turning it once after 20 minutes.Last 5 minutes u can use the grill options or the broiling options of your oven to brown it.

Note: If you have lots of water oozing out from the fish just discard it (after the first 20 minutes).
