Recipe for Bombay Toast

1.Eggs-2

Sugar-1/2 cup(since my family loves it very sweet.U can reduce if you don’t want it sweet)

Beat the sugar and eggs in a bowl with a fork till fluffy.

2.Milk-500 ml

Vanilla essence-1 tsp

Or

Cardamom-3 (crushed)

Add the milk and stir till sugar is dissolved.Add the vanilla or crushed cardamom and stir in.

3.Bread-12-15(Use 2-3 days older breads for this as it will absorb the egg mixture more without falling apart)

Butter as required

Soak 3-4 pieces of bread in the egg mixture.Heat a nonstick frying pan add 1/2 tsp butter.Once the butter melts,Place the dipped breads over it and fry it on medium heat till browned on both sides.Repeat with the remaining bread pieces until all the egg mixture is used up. This is an easy breakfast or evening snack option for kids.
