Egg Roast

1.Eggs-6[boiled & shells removed] 2.Onions-4[sliced] saute this in 2 tbsp oil. Add crushed [3] & saute 3.ginger- 1[big piece] garlic-8 to 10 curry leaves-10 4. tomatoes-3[chopped] Add this with salt & saute till tomatoes are nicely blended. Add the below masalas & little water so that they don't get burned & cook till oil separates. 5. turmeric powder-1/2 tsp chilly powder-1tbsp corriander powder-1 tbsp pepper pwdr-1tsp[freshly grounded]

gram masala-1/4 tsp 6.vinegar-2tsp salt-to taste add the above & adjust seasonings .Now add deshelved eggs to this & little water sothat the gravy coats the eggs.Add chopped corriander leaves & mix.Egg roast is ready.
