Dry fruits Ladoo
1.Dates(pitted)-30
Kismis-1/4 cup
U can use fig instead of Dates or 15 each Dates and Figs.
Chop the above ingredients in a chopper and set aside.
2.Almonds,Walnuts,Pistachio-1 cup
U can use cashews instead of walnuts if you prefer.Anyway the nuts all together should be 1 cup.
Chop all the nuts in a chopper.Remove to a nonstick pan.Add 3/4 tbsp ghee to the chopped nuts and fry in medium heat till the nutty aroma emanates.
Add the set aside chopped dry fruits and fry till the dry fruits blend well.Remove and make small balls.Ur healthy Dry fruits Ladoo is ready.
Got 26 Ladoo with the above ingredients.
