Cookies and Cream Cheese cake(No bake and without gelatin)
1.For the crust
Oreos-20
Butter-100 gm
Remove the cream from the Oreos and crush it in a mixer.Set aside the cream in a bowl.the butter and add to it.Mix and press it onto a spring foam pan lined with parchment paper at the base.Refrigerate this for half an hour.
For Cheese cake
2.Whipping cream-200 ml(used puck red one)
Pour this into a steel bowl and keep in freezer for 10 minutes along with the whipping blades of the electric beater.
Remove and whip till thick.
3.Oreos-16
Roughly chop each Oreo into 4-5 chunks.
3.Cream cheese-450 gm(I used Philadelphia)
Sugar powder-1 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
In a large bowl add the set aside cream from the Oreos and smash with a spoon and mix.Add all the above ingredients and with an electric beater beat this till well combined and smooth
Add the whipped cream & fold in.Add the chopped Oreos and gently fold in.Remove the spring foam pan and scoop the cheese cake filling onto the crust and gently spread it around into an even layer.
Decorate with mini Oreos or crushed Oreos on top.
Cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight.After 5-6 hours Slice and serve the Cookies and Cream Cheese Cake .
