Chilly Sausy Beef Beef-1/2 kg Cut into thin strips.Marinate beef with chilli pwdr-1 tsp ginger-garlic paste-1tbsp salt-to taste for 1/2 an hr.Pressure Cook this till done. open the cooker &cook on medium heat till all the water dries .Now shallow fry the beef in batches,in a non-stick pan till black,often turning it.Remove the beef &set aside.In the remaining oil saute onion-3[big chunks] carrot-1[cut into 1" strips] Capsicum-1[big chunks or square pieces] now add the fried beef and the following ingredients & cook on high flame chilli sauce-1tbsp thai chillisauce-1 tbsp hot sauce-2 tsp soya sauce-1 tbsp pepper pwdr-1 to 2 tsp[freshly ground] sugar-1 tsp meanwhile dissolve 1 tsp cornflour in 1 tbsp water & drizzle over & cook for 1 more minute.Serve with Chappathis/fried rice.
