Chicken Tandoori Pizza(1:1 wwf:apf)


Tandoori Chicken Pizza

1.wheat flour-1 1/2 cup

all purpose flour-1 1/2 cups

Salt to taste

Honey-2 tbsps

Oil-2 tbsp[I used Olive oil,u can use any veg.oil]

2.Yeast-2 tsp

Lukewarm milk-1 cup

Sugar-1 tsp

Combine & set aside the above items to rise.When risen,add to items of 1 & form a soft dough.Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.Transfer this to an oiled dish & cover & keep to rise. This might take from 1-2 hours depending on how hot/cold your kitchen is.After the dough has doubled,punch it down & transfer to oiled baking tray & press the dough to thin layer of pizza base.Pizza gets the shape of the tray depends- oval/round tray u use.

3.Tomato/Thai chilli sauce-3-4 tbsp

Tandoori Chicken-1 big piece(deboned & cut into chunks)

Onion( rings)-1

Mozzarella Cheese-50 gm (shredded)

Pour tomato sauce over the pizza base spreading it evenly.Add the onion rings & tandoori chicken chunks

4.Capsicum -1

Black Olives-5

The above r optional .If u have these cut into rings & decorate.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over this.Allow this to rise for 1/2 an hr.Bake in a preheated oven at 200C for 10-15 minutes or till the cheese melts & the pizza lightly browns on the sides.If u r using atta& maida in equal portions ur pizza might be as golden as that of a maida base pizza.
