Chicken Pakoda
1.Boneless Chicken Cubes/Chunks-1 cup
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Marinate the chicken chunks with all the above ingredients for 2 hours (at least 1/2 an hour).
2.Onion-1
Green Chilies-2
Curry leaves-1 sprig
Ginger chopped-1/2 tsp(optional)
Besan flour-4 tbsps
Rice flour-2 tbsps
Asafoetida powder-a pinch
Chilli powder-1/4 tsp
Salt-a pinch
Chop the onion,chillies,ginger (if you like)and curry leaves .Add to the marinated chicken pieces and mix in.Add enough water just to coat the mixture onto the chicken pieces .Deep fry in hot oil till browned.Drain on tissues.Decorate with fried curry leaves.
