Chicken Hariyali Kebabs
1.Boneless Chicken-1/2 kg
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Salt to taste
Yoghurt-2 -3 tbsps
Marinate the chicken with all the above ingredients for 10-15 minutes.
For the green masala
2.Onion-1/2 small
Ginger-1/4”piece
Garlic-3
Cashews-3
Dried Fenugreek leaves-1 tsp
Green Chillies-4
Whole Pepper -6
Mint leaves-1/4 cup
Spinach blanched-1/4 cup
Coriander leaves (with stems)-1/2 cup
Fried onion-1/4 cup
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Grind this together to a smooth paste adding little water.Set this aside.
3. Oil-2 tsp
Add the oil and the ground green masala to this and marinate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 20-30 minutes.Skew the marinated chicken pieces on to skewers .
Heat a nonstick pan and add 2 tsp oil.Now place the chicken skewers on to the pan and grill on stove top on medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
I grilled this on my electric grill till done.Chicken Hariyali Kebabs are ready.
