Candied Orange Peel

Peel the oranges and slice into small strips.
Boil 3 cups of water and add the orange peel and cover and cook for 5 minutes.Drain.
Repeat one more time the above process and drain.
2.Sugar-1/2 cup
Water-1/4 cup
In a pan add the above ingredients and boil .Once the sugar is dissolved,add the cooked peel to this & cook on medium heat,often stirring sothat sugar doesn't burn & the peels are well coated with sugar.Once all the sugar syrup dries,off the stove and remove the peels carefully onto a rack or steel plate.Allow this to dry overnight.Store in glass bottles.
Note:U can also coat the peels with sugar
and then transfer it onto racks or steel plates to dry
