Beef Pickle
1.Beef-1 kg
Vinegar-2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Cut the beef into small pieces.wash & drain.Pressure cook the above till the meat is cooked.Once cooled ,deep fry in hot oil preferably coconut oil.Set this aside.

Cloves-6
Cardamom-5
Jeera-1 tsp
Mustard-a pinch
Fennel-1 tbsp
Ground the above spices after dry roasting it.
3.Turmeric-1tsp
Chilli powder-3 tbsps
Salt to taste
Mix this along with the spices & keep aside.
4.Sesame oil-2 tbsps
Coconut oil-2 tbsps
Ginger -1 big piece
Garlic-2 pods full
Curry leaves-2 sprigs
Green Chilli-5-6
Chop the ginger,garlic and green Chilli .
Heat both the oils in a cheenachatti. Add the curry leaves & then the chopped ingredients and saute till it starts to brown .Reduce heat and add the masalas dissolved in some water to this. Now cook till oil separates.
Add the set aside fried beef and saute.
Now add 1/2 cup vinegar to this.Once this mixture heats up ,remove.Adjust sourness by adding 1/2 tsp sugar.Adjust salt.Once cooled,store in glass bottles. The meat pickle is ready.
