Biscuit Cake.....when you’ve got lots of leftover biscuits
Biscuit Cake
1.Biscuits crushed-4 1/2 cups
Milk-1 1/2 cups
Sugar Powder-3/4 cup
Cocoa powder-2 tbsps
Butter-1-2 tbsp
Baking powder-1/4 tsp(optional)
Mix all the above ingredients in a Pyrex dish and cook in a microwave oven for 9-10 minutes or until the skewers inserted at the center comes out clean.
Note:Usually I add half tin condensed milk and water mixture-which was out of stocks in my kitchen.U can add a mix of biscuits if you have-I used butter cookies today. If you’re using Marie or less sweet biscuits u might have to increase the sugar quantities.
