











Best Gooey & Moist Brownies
1.Eggs-2
Granulated Sugar -1 cup
Powder the sugar .Beat the eggs and powdered sugar till pale. This step is necessary for that crackly top.
2.Vegetable oil-1/2 cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Add to the above and beat in. I used sunflower oil
3.All purpose flour-1/2 cup
Cocoa powder-1/3 cup
Salt-1/4 tsp
Baking powder-1/4 tsp
Mix together and add to the above mixture and fold in with a spatula.Do not over beat.
4.Walnuts-5-6
Line a 9x9 square pan with parchment paper.Pour the batter and Sprinkle some chopped walnuts on top and bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted at the center comes out with some moist crumbs clinging.Cool completely before cutting.
