Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake Shots

For the Cheese Cake Layer

1.Paneer (crumbled)-1 cup

(Make Paneer by curdling 1 litre full fat milk by adding 2-3 tbsps lime juice /vinegar.Strain and crumble.)

Yoghurt-2 tbsps

In a food processor or mixie blend this together till smooth.

2.Gelatine-1 tbsp

Water-2-3 tbsps

Soak the gelatine by adding normal water After 10 minutes add 3 tbsps hot water to this and stir in till the gelatine is dissolved.Set this aside to cool a bit.

3.Hot Milk/Sugar Syrup -2 tbsps

Saffron-3-5 strands

Condensed Milk-1 tin(397 gm)

Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp

Whipping cream-250 ml

Soak the saffron in hot milk or the Gulab Jamun sugar syrup.Whip the cream using an egg beater till fluffy.Add the condensed milk to the set aside Paneer & yoghurt mixture and blend in.Now add the dissolved gelatine ,cardamom and the saffron milk to this and stir in.

Add the whipped cream to this and gently fold in.The Cheese Cake Layer is ready

4.Mottichoor Laddo-8

Gulab Jamuns-12-15

Shot Glass-12 or a 7” Springform Pan

Pistachios-15

Assembling the Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake Shots

1.Crumble the mottichoor laddos and layer it as the first layer .(U can use crumbled biscuits and melted butter mixture instead if you don’t like the Laddos)

2.Now pour the cheese cake mixture over this as second layer.

3.Top this with a Gulab Jamun and garnish with pistachios and crumbled mottichoor laddos.

Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake Shots is ready.Refrigerate it overnight or for 4-6 hours before serving.


Assembling the Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake 🍰 In Springform Pan

1.Crumble the Mottichoor Laddo and place it on the bottom of the pan.

2.Arrange 12 Gulab Jamuns over it.

3.Pour the cheese cake mixture over this and refrigerate overnight.

4.Once the cheese cake is set,Decorate with Gulab Jamun halves and pistachio slices.

Remove the cheese cake from the springform pan and slice the Cheese Cake and Serve.
