Brownies
1.All purpose flour-1/2 cup
Cocoa pwdr-1/3 cup
Baking pwdr-1/4 tsp
Salt-1/4 tsp(If u r using unsalted butter,otherwise skip this .)
Mix & sieve this together .
2.Sugar(granules)-1cup
Unsalted Butter-1/2 cup(75 gm)
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Eggs-2
Beat sugar & butter till fluffy.Add eggs one by one & beat.Mix in vanilla & the dry ingredients sieved.(items of 1).
Grease an 8x8 inch pan with butter.pour the batter into this & smooth the top & tap to even out.Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.U can see the sides pulling away from the sides of the pan.let this cool on a wire rack.
For the Frosting
1.Butter-3 tbsp(room temp-softened)
Cocoa pwdr-3 tbsp
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Honey-2 tbsp
Mix this together .
2.Sugar pwdr -1 cup
Chocolate syrup/milk-2 tbsp
Add this & beat well to a smooth spreading consistency .Slather this frosting on the cooled brownie & level .
After 2-3 hrs u can cut & serve as it is or scoop a large vanilla Icecream & serve.today I decorate it with sprinkle
