Eggless Banana & Peanut butter Brownies
1.Bananas-2
Granulated Sugar-3/4 cup
Dark Brown Sugar -1/4 cup
Unsalted Butter-1/4 cup(56gm)
Creamy Peanut Butter-1/4 cup
Canola/Coconut oil-1 tbsp
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Mash the bananas with a fork and then add both the sugars and stir with the fork until sugar dissolves.
Now add the butter melted, oil and peanut butter ,vanilla and stir in.
2.All purpose flour-3/4 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa powder-1/4 cup
Baking powder-1/4 tsp
Salt-a pinch
Milk-1/4-1/2 cup
Now add the above dry ingredients and gently stir in until combined.Stir in the required milk so that the batter isn’t too thick.Pour this into a 6” square tin lined with parchment paper.
3.Chocolate Chips-1/4 cup
Walnuts-5-6
Creamy Peanut Butter-2 tbsps (optional)
Use a spoon to add the peanut butter on top of the batter and use a butter knife to swirl the peanut butter into the brownie batter(which I didn’t add).
Sprinkle the broken walnuts and chocolate chips on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 23-28 minutes or a knife/skewers inserted at the center comes out clean (without any uncooked batter).Mine took exactly 25 minutes.
Note:U can replace the butter with 1/4 cup of applesauce or coconut oil.
