Italian Meringue Buttercream Frosting š§ (recipe)
3.Egg whites-2
Cream of tartar-1/4 tsp or Lime juice-1/2 tsp
Beat together till fluffy.
4.Granulated Sugar-130 gm
Water-3 tbsps (45 ml)
Boil this together in a pan till roll boiling and sugar is dissolved completely .Remove and add the sugar syrup slowly into the egg whites mixture,while beating continuously ,until the sugar mixture is over.Continue beating till the mixture is stiff and glossy.
5.Unsalted Butter-226 gm(1 cup)
Instant Coffee-2 tsp
Hot water-1/2 tbsp
Now add the softened butter cut into small pieces ,a tbsp at a time, and blended well,until all the butter is used up.It might look that the mixture is curdled,donāt panic,continue beating till the mixture comes back to smooth and creamy.Add in the cooled coffee mixture and beat in.If you donāt like the coffee flavor,u can use 2 tbsps biscoff spread instead.Italian Meringue Buttercream Frosting is ready.
