Rava Laddo

1.Semolina/Sooji/Rava-1[ heaped] cup

Dry roast this in a pan.

2.sugar-1/2 cup

Powder this in a mixie.

3.ghee-2 tbsp

cashews & raisins-little

Fry this in ghee till golden brown & set aside.

Add dry roasted rava to the ghee & roast for 2 minutes. Add sugar pwdr & fried nuts & kismis to this.Remove from stove & add

4.milk-1/4 cup[boiled]

1 tbsp at a time,[If u pour them altogether atonce, it might become soggy] till almost finished.Some times u might not need them full.Let it rest[5 minutes] & after that form laddoos .
